Ox18 is an Engineering + Design Studio founded in Mexico City by Eduardo Garibay Guerra, Professional Engineer.
Graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey as a Mechanical and Administration Engineer, he started his career at the Nissan Motor Company to become Production Supervisor.
Years later, he decided to join the design field, cofounding a workshop for lamps, furniture and interior design projects. And after twenty years of experience, our founder has become an expert in materials such as stone, marble, wood, onyx, leather, brass, metals, and stainless steel, among others.
In 2016 Eduardo decides to found Ox18 or Oxigeno 18
combining engineering and industrial design.

THE WORKSHOP
Product engineering is how we call what we do because we solve the designs of our clients following a methodology where the right processes and materials are chosen.
Our subspecialties are custom made lamps and acoustic elements. We have another division called special projects which covers integrated spaces, furniture, decor, stairs and railings, and trains, among others.
